Position: DRAFT TECHNICIAN (HOUSTON)
Part Time, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Distribution Manager
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain own vehicle
- Perform routine line cleanings
- Perform routine check-ups on customer accounts and take beer orders
- Make reports to Distribution Manager and other (512) Employees as requested
- Report any problems which require special attention
- Perform routine installations of new draft lines
- Perform other maintenance as needed
Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform other duties as directed by Distribution Manager,
- Maintain positive business relations with Customer(s)
- Light Delivery of product to customers (Company Will Provide Vehicle)
- Receiving and processing job schedules and invoices
- Loading product (50L kegs, 750mL bottles, and merchandise) into delivery vehicle
- Driving vehicle to Customer location(s)
- Unloading and delivering product directly to Customer(s)
- Stocking product as directed
- Collecting and loading empty keg shells for return to brewery
- Adjusting invoice totals as required
- Collecting payment and/or signature acknowledging receipt of goods from Customer(s) as directed
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record (subject to approval; no more than 3 citations on record)
- Vehicle and Auto Insurance (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to regularly lift 150 lbs.
- Willingness to work early mornings and late evenings
- Knowledge of (512) Brewing Company and the Craft Brewing Industry
- Friendly disposition and high work ethic
Overview: Draft Technicians work to be the friendly face of the brewery in the field. The Draft Technician has the opportunity to grow inside the company and, once fully trained, is trusted to operate solo. The Draft Technician should work closely with other (512) personnel to ensure the best service is given to our customers. Draft Technicians are expected to develop a comprehensive knowledge of beer draft systems, quality control and all (512) products.
Draft Technicians who work remotely are of special importance to the company. In addition to general responsibilities associated with the position, these individuals are entrusted with the special duty of building the brand in newer territories targeted for expansion. They are expected to support brand growth and sales expansion within the territory.

Position: DELIVERY DRIVER
Part Time Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays to start), Non-Exempt
Reports to: Distribution Manager
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
• Delivery (Distribution) of product to customers
- Receiving and processing daily job schedules and invoices Loading product (kegs, cases, and merchandise) into company delivery vehicles for distribution
- Driving company delivery vehicles to Customer location(s)
- Unloading and delivering product directly to Customer(s)
- Stocking product as directed
- Collecting and loading empty keg shells and used keg collars into company delivery vehicle for return to brewery
- Adjusting of invoice totals to reflect returned deposits and/or as directed
- Collecting payment and/or signature acknowledging receipt of goods from Customer(s) as directed.
- Unloading empty keg shells and keg collars at the brewery for reuse.
• Perform routine check-ups on customer accounts and take beer orders
• Make reports to Distribution Manager as requested
• Report any issues, customer requests or problems which require special attention
• Washing and cleaning returned keg collars for reuse at brewery
Other duties include but are not limited to:
• Performing other duties as directed
• Maintain positive business relations with Customer(s)
• Training to provide line cleaning support
Requirements:
• Valid Texas Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record (subject to approval; no more than 3 citations within the past 2 years)
• Ability to regularly lift and stack kegs (up to 150 lbs).
• Willingness to work extended hour shifts; early mornings and late evenings
• Knowledge of or interest in the Craft Brewing Industry
• Friendly disposition and high work ethic
Overview:
The Delivery Driver works to be the friendly face of the brewery in the field. The Delivery Driver has the opportunity to grow inside the company and, once fully trained, operates solo.
The Delivery Driver works to ensure premium service is provided to all customers through product distribution.
